Well, here it is. i shall summarize what I've compiled a list of food that are beneficial for Type A Diet (Blood Type A)
These info are just a guideline of what researchers gathered, so please use your discretion during the selection.
Meat:
Mainly fish - carp, cod, salmon, mackerel, monkfish, sardine, trout.
Vegetables:
Alfafa sprout, carrot, celery, broccoli, aloe, garlic, ginger, fennel, Romaine lettuce, onion, pumpkin, turnip and spinach.
Fruits:
the berries family (blueberry, blackberry, cranberry), cherry, apricot, grapefruit, lime, pineapple, prune and plum.
Dairy:
Not recommended for type A diet, although there are some items under the "neutral" category - feta cheese, mozzarella cheese (yeepee, means can still eat pizza), sour cream and yogurt.
Eggs are neutral.
Legumes:
Lentil, green bean, black-eye pea, soybean (can replace milk), tempeh and tofu.
Nuts:
Pumpkin seed,walnut, pnut, flaxseed.
Grains:
Buckwheat, oat, rye, soy bread.
Others:
oil - olive, flax seed, walnut
herbs - parsley, tumeric
beverage - coffee (grrreat!), green tea, red wine.
