Diet (type B)

Beneficial food for the type B diet (blood group B)


Meat:
Mutton, venison

Fish:
Cod, flounder, grouper, halibut, mackerel, salmon and sardine.

Dairy:
cottage cheese, feta cheese, milk, mozerrella cheese, ricotta cheese and yogurt.

Vegetables:
Broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrot, cauliflower, eggplant, ginger, sweet potato, parsnip and yam.

Fruits:
Grape, cranberry, papaya, pineapple and plum.

Bean/ Legumes:
Kidney bean


Nuts:
Walnut

Grains:
Oat, rice bran, rice

Others:
Oil - Olive oil
Herbs - curry, parsley.
Beverage - green tea
