sick again.grr.......
Been falling sick very often this year, like, every other month………..Immunity is falling to a pitiful level. What should I do? More importantly, what is the main reason? Is it lack of sleep (working till late night on many days)? lack of nutrition (cannot be …… I eat home-cooked healthy food every evening)? STRESS? hmmmm………. Maybe. No exercise (opps!)? True also. (embarrased)……
Or maybe it’s the combined effect of all the above, sigh……………. what to do? so many things to do everyday. with a full-time job and 2 little rascals at home, it’s no wonder I’m stressed. Some more “money no enough”. Poor me, hubby ah hubby, you make sure you study “baik baik” and come back to take over my burden ok?
Hmm…… I really need to drag myself to the gym more often, during lunchbreak, otherwise I will become a pile of slump (not really), and improve on my diet.
Anyway, mother told me (that her friends told her) that there is such a thing as “Blood Type Diet”. There are certain research-based data that specially describe the diffrent blood types and has special dietary guidlines catered to different blood types. To stop her from repeating herself too often, I hesitated not in grabbing some books from Kinokuniya and started reading.
So far, i haven’t really been following strictly to my type of diet (don’t know who REALLY does that), in fact, I think I haven’t followed at all! OK, OK. I think I will go back and start again, this time maybe I can extract some really useful information for myself to follow.
Let’s hope it works!

Australia Trip
Just secured my SIA ticket to Brisbane yesterday. It was a whopping $1.5K !!! Just imagine, that's the price to pay for going over to Aussie to date my hubby. Well, plus my sister who is in Sydney studying.......
I know I am going to enjoy it very much. Hubby Jerome will be taking me for a tour around his Uni of Queensland and its surrounding, which, from the pictures he showed me earlier, is totally fantastic and mesmerizing.. We'll also go to places full of beautiful sceneries, includig Fraser Island. Not to mention Gold Coast and the Warner Brothers'!!! And then it's off to Sdyney where Wen is staying. Oh, and yes, we'll be spending Christmas and New year there! I do hope we'll enjoy ourselves very much.
For a person who did not have the chance to go honeymoon, I am really looking forward to this trip. Looks like I'll have to bear with being separated from my little darlings for 2 weeks. Not that I'm really complaining, haha.......
